Purpose of personal data processing: The administrator processes personal data of job applicants for the purpose of negotiating the conclusion of an employment contract (or one of the work agreements done outside the employment relationship) within selection procedure. The administrator may also process personal data for the purpose of potential future purposes.
Scope of personal data processing: The company processes, the identification and contact details of job applicants to the extent, that the applicant has voluntarily notified the company of. The company processes personal data of applicants in a reasonable and relevant scope, limited to the extent necessary, with respect to the purpose of processing personal data.
Processing of personal data: Personal data will only be processed for the period necessary for the purpose of processing. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the selection process, i.e. until the applicants have been informed, that they have not been selected for a job, that the selection process is canceled, or when the applicant is selected and an employment contract is concluded (or one of the work agreements done outside the employemenet relationship).
Personal data of applicants processed for the purpose of possible future addressing of these candidates by the company, will be processed for the period specified in the job applicant’s written consent, or until such consent is withdrawn by the respective applicant (in case the consent was withdrawn before the expiry of that period) .
Job applicants Rights: Job applicants have the right to require the company to access their personal data (see Article 15 of the GDPR), its amandement or removal (see Articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR) or its processing limitation (see Article 18 GDPR). ). Job applicants have the right to transfer their personal data, processed by the company (see Article 20 GDPR). The job applicants are also entitled to appeal against the processing of their personal data (see Article 21 of the GDPR). Furthermore, a job applicants are entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Authority.
